AccuGrid BioGrating AccuGrid in Use
AccuGrid® Walkway

AccuGrid® interlocking panels provide a protective layer from foot traffic, hydraulic impact, and UV degradation on top of biological trickling filter media or tube settlers. AccuGrid can be used in rectangular or circular tank configurations, for new or existing installations, and wastewater or potable water applications.
Strong
AccuGrid panels are designed to support foot traffic when placed directly over trickling filter media or adequately-supported tube settlers and are ideal for service walkways. The 2” x 2” (50 mm x 50 mm) grid pattern is sufficiently durable to act as a dampening system for hydraulic impact. These panels are molded of corrosion-resistant polypropylene or filled HDPE for superior strength and maximum service life for the grating and the media.
Economical
Cost-effective opportunity to cover the entire media surface, providing complete access to all areas of the system.
